The AGC operates the state’s first and largest open-shop apprenticeship program.
As opposed to a labor union, the AGC program is run by contractors,
for contractors. We are well respected throughout the industry
due to contractor management of our program and the skill, integrity,
and responsibility that exemplifies AGC members.
We are firmly committed to
increasing the number of skilled construction workers and producing our
industry's future workforce by providing the highest level of training and
education to registered apprentices.
