San Diego A.G.C. Joint Apprenticeship Committee Application for Apprenticeship
The applicant named below applies for apprenticeship training through the San Diego AGC Joint Apprenticeship Committee (“JAC”), sponsored by the Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego Chapter, Inc., and the Apprenticeship and Training Trust Fund (“trust fund”). The applicant agrees to comply with the JAC’s Rules and Regulations as they currently exist and as revised from time to time in the future, throughout the period of apprenticeship. Those Rules and Regulations require the applicant to submit all disputes with the trust fund and the JAC to final and binding arbitration. It is understood that the applicant will not be an employee of either the trust fund or the JAC and that the applicant will be employed directly by separate employers participating in the trust fund and the JAC throughout the period of the apprenticeship training.
This questionnaire is designed to assess your qualifications, experience, and interest in pursuing a trade apprenticeship. Please provide accurate and complete information. The Apprenticeship Program Committee will review all responses.
